Her ministry journey has afforded her the opportunity to serve in various capacities across the nation, including lead psalmists, praise and worship team member, intercessor, and armor bearer. She currently serves as one of the lead intercessors for Dr. Cassandra Scott Ministries (CSM) International Prayer Line based in Houston, Texas, and was an armor bearer to Prophet Katara Hull of Katara Hull Ministries. She serves God wholeheartedly, authentically, and without compromise. She desires that others would be inspired to do the same. As a spiritual leader, Lady Tamika is deeply passionate about helping others reach their highest potential — both in ministry and in the marketplace — while walking boldly in their God-given purpose.
Lady Tamika serves alongside her husband, Pastor Lawrence R. Henderson Sr., as the First Lady of Vibe Church. Her warmth, wisdom, and unwavering devotion to God set the tone for a community where every person feels seen, valued, and loved. Whether she's leading a gathering, supporting the vision of the house, or simply welcoming someone new with a smile, Lady Tamika lives out a beautiful picture of faith in action — a true partner in ministry and a light to all who know her.
Professionally, Lady Tamika is a nationally certified school psychologist with over 17 years of experience in the mental health and educational sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University, a Master of Arts, and an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her professional calling aligns seamlessly with her heart for advocacy, healing, and empowerment.
Known for her gentle strength and authentic spirit, Lady Tamika has a heart for women, families, and the next generation. She believes the home is the first ministry — and she leads hers with intention, prayer, and joy.
Above all, Lady Tamika is a loving, devoted wife and a doting mother to one daughter, Lael. She treasures her family deeply and finds joy in spending quality time and creating lasting memories. Alongside her husband, Pastor Lawrence Henderson of Vibe Church Chicago and Vibe Church North Shore, they model kingdom marriage God's way — anchored in biblical principles.
